After a couple years off, we were able to host a group of 13 German students and two of their teachers from the Heinrich Heine Gymnasium in Oberhausen, Germany! The students arrived March 27th and we said farewell this Thursday, April 20th. While we are so sad to see them go, we won't need to be sad for long, as a group of 12 River students will be traveling with me to Germany this June-July!
While our guests were in Vancouver, we showed them many new experiences and made lasting friendships. Here are a few highlights:
